Being Updated
As per the latest report There are 429 students in grades PK–5 in Clark Elementary School, with an equal number of boys and girls (50% boys and 50% girls). There are 28 full-time teachers and 1 full-time school counselor, which gives the school a student-to-teacher ratio of about 15:1, which is a little better than the district average. Clark Elementary has a lot of students who are poor; 96% of them qualify for free or reduced-price lunch. In math, 17% of students scored at or above the proficient level, and in reading (ELA), 14% did the same. The district averages are 27% in math and 23% in reading, and the state averages are 26% in math and 25% in reading. This is because the school focuses on early learning, helping students, and getting the community involved. The school los like it will be able to create a structured learning environment and meet the needs of a wide range of students.
