School 5 is proud of our record enrollment year and welcoming many new families to our vibrant and supportive PK-5 school community. The school successfully hosted the “Cultural Heritage Parade”, celebrating the richness of the student’s backgrounds and creating a strong sense of global unity. Teachers were praised for their creative application of digital learning tools for individual student support and instant academic feedback.
Q1. How does the “personalized learning” approach at School 5 benefit all students on campus?
Ans. We adapt our pace of teaching to the individual needs of each child, so that no child is left behind or held back.
Q2. Are there special programs at School 5 for students with a special talent in the digital arts?
Ans. Students can learn graphic design, video editing and digital painting in our “Digital Creators” studio during their rotations.
Q3. How does School 5 build a strong sense of community among its diverse student body?
Ans. We have these “Heritage Breakfasts” where families come in and share stories and traditions, and that helps us create a more inclusive and supportive school culture.
Q4. School 5 has an annual career day and student led workshops with local professionals.
Ans. We partner with local business owners to come into our classrooms and share their career paths to inspire our budding scholars.
Q5. Does School 5 have student leadership programs that feature campus beautification and pride of place?
Ans. Our “Pride Patrol” runs recycling on campus and does murals celebrating the unique history of our school and the values of our community.
