The Enrico Fermi School For The Performing Arts has experienced a big boost in student engagement with the launch of their new 2026 “Artist-in-Residence” program with local professional dancers. Most recently, the campus celebrated its “Student of the Month” winners for their incredible dedication to their academic studies and performing arts rehearsals. The school also held a successful “Interactive Arts Fair” as families worked side-by-side with their children in hands-on workshops.
Q1. What dance styles are taught in the performing arts program at Enrico Fermi School?
Ans. Students rotate through weekly fine arts academic rotations including styles such as classical ballet, modern jazz and folk dancing.
Q2. How does the Enrico Fermi School help kids who might be nervous about performing in front of an audience?
Ans. Our Confidence Coaches work with students in small groups on stage presence and breathing techniques to ensure a positive experience.
Q3. Do you have a special lab for students who are interested in producing digital music?
Ans. Yes, we have a digital media lab on campus where older students learn basic sound mixing and creative podcasting skills.
Q4. Do Enrico Fermi School parents have any workshops to help support their children’s creativity at home?
Ans. We have “Family Arts Nights” where parents and children work together on a painting project and learn about different art mediums.
Q5. How does the Enrico Fermi School balance intense arts rehearsals with core academic subjects?
Ans. Yes, our block scheduling allows all students to receive high quality core instruction, while still having time set aside for daily artistic development.
