Merrick Academy broke ground on a new, state-of-the-art, 63,000-square-foot permanent home in Laurelton, to be completed by early 2026. The massive expansion, which includes a full athletic facility, two outdoor turf fields and a rooftop playground, is designed to support the school’s growing STEAM-based curriculum. The school also celebrated high academic achievement in the 2024-2025 school year with 61% of students achieving proficiency in math and reading.
