School 15-The Children’s School of Rochester remains a lively hub of global citizenship and recently hosted its annual International Peace Festival featuring music and food from over 20 cultures. The school has also been acknowledged for its successful inclusion model, which guarantees that students of all abilities learn and grow together in a supportive environment. And just this year, the campus started a student-led “Green Team” to spearhead recycling and sustainability efforts in the neighborhood.
Q1. How does School 15-The Children’s School of Rochester celebrate its student diversity?
Ans. Our annual International Peace Festival is a time for families to come together and share food, music and traditions from twenty or more different cultures.
Q2. Are there any special world language classes at the elementary level at School 15-The Children’s School of Rochester?
Ans. Our curriculum introduces global languages through song and play to spark early interest in international communication and cultural diversity.
Q3. What is the inclusion model type at School 15-The Children’s School of Rochester for students with disabilities?
Ans. We are a co-teaching model, meaning all students of all abilities learn together in a supportive and highly collaborative environment.
Q4. Are there any student-led environmental initiatives underway at the School 15-The Children'S School of Rochester campus?
Ans. Our “Green Team” does recycling on campus and takes care of our butterfly garden to educate students about protecting local ecosystems.

Ans. We hold evening seminars for parents on world issues and on how to develop empathy in young children.
