University Neighborhood High School’s Varsity Boys Basketball team opened 2026 with a win over Manhattan Village Academy on January 5 after a tight win over Collaborative Education High School in late December. The school also maintains a commitment to college readiness, with SAT prep, advisory and dual-enrollment opportunities for its students via partnerships with local universities. Through small-group instruction and project-based learning, University Neighborhood High School helps students develop critical thinking skills and prepare for success after high school.
