In recent press releases by the New York City Department of Education, there have been further reports that the city continues to implement literacy programs and strategies in schools within the Harlem region, including PS 76 A. Philip Randolph School. The school has also been involved in other programs aimed at enhancing literacy in all schools in the city, which involves developing a reading program in classrooms, especially in the lower grades, alongside improving attendance levels.

Ans. Parents will have to register their children through the New York City Department of Education website, but the application process differs per grade level.
