Students from the Professional Performing Arts High School (PPAS) recently wowed audiences with a critically-acclaimed production of a contemporary musical, performed in their black box theater with new, professional-grade lighting and sound equipment. The school's vocal department has launched a new series of exclusive masterclasses with working Broadway performers, offering students the opportunity to get direct feedback from the industry and network. Several PPAS film students were recognized in a city-wide competition for their original short documentaries produced in the school’s upgraded digital media lab.
