This spring, students at Manhattan Bridges High School are taking part in the Broadway Bridges program, which allows every 10th grader to attend a Broadway show for $10 as part of their arts and humanities curriculum. The initiative connects classroom learning with live theatre, with participating shows such as The Lion King, Hell’s Kitchen and Hadestown aligned to the school calendar. Manhattan Bridges High School remains committed to college and career readiness with partnerships with NYC Public Schools and the United Federation of Teachers, through programs such as Broadway Bridges to expose students to professional pathways in the arts.
