One of the recent updates at Roy B. Kelley Elementary School is the presentation of the Lockport City School District’s proposed 2026 Capital Improvement Project at the April 14 Board of Education meeting and sharing on April 15, 2026. It’s a district facilities, safety and learning spaces proposal.
