Carlyle C. Ring Elementary School was highlighted in February 2026 when longtime Ring teacher Beth Johnson was named a district “Pillar of the Month.” The recognition focused on her positive classroom environment, support for students, and leadership within the building. Ring’s current school updates also feature the districtwide “James and the Giant Peach” reading initiative, giving elementary students and families a shared literacy experience this spring.
