Queens Academy High School has expanded its college readiness programs, including SAT preparation and individualized academic advising. The school has recently installed state-of-the-art digital learning facilities in a number of classrooms. New enrichment opportunities have also been added to the curriculum in the areas of leadership and career exploration. A recent student event showcased academic projects and creative presentations from a range of subjects.
Q1. Does Queens Academy High School offer Advanced Placement (AP) classes?
Ans. Yes, students can enroll in AP courses if they qualify and the courses are offered.
Q2. Do you provide tutoring services to students?
Ans. Yes, there are academic support and tutoring programs in place to help students.
Q3. What activities can students do outside of class?
Ans. Students can participate in clubs, leadership activities, arts programs and sports.
Q4. Does the school offer SAT preparation resources?
Ans. Yes, students can receive academic programs and/or counseling to help prepare for the SAT.
Q5. Does the school offer college counseling?
Ans. Yes, guidance counselors assist students with college applications and career planning.
