Elmhurst’s Civic Leadership Academy has recently added new student-led community service initiatives to its civic engagement programs, including local government and social awareness projects. The school also added more leadership workshops and public speaking classes to boost student communication and advocacy skills. Recent academic support programs, such as SAT preparation and mentoring activities, are assisting students in preparing for college pathways.
