Signal Hill Elementary is “soaring” this May thanks to a gorgeous new Eagle Sculpture by Gregg the Woodcarver. The PTA-funded beautification project was unveiled on May 1. The campus also held its high-energy “Night of the Arts” on May 9, highlighting student creativity in visual and performing arts, adding to the school’s reputation for artistic excellence.
