Elmwood Village Charter School Hertel had special events in 2026 to mark its 20th anniversary. Students, staff, and families all came together for these events. One of the best parts was the school-wide yearbook cover contest, where students used their creativity to design covers themed around the anniversary. Students were able to do things at school other than their usual classes during the celebration, which made them feel more like they were part of the school community.
