Williamsburg Charter High School at 198 Varet Street celebrated the Class of 2030 and invited new families to join the school community at Accepted Students Night and Admitted Student Tours. Alumni achievement: The school honored graduate Steven Jones for winning the Norman R. McConney Jr. Award for Student Excellence from SUNY’s Chancellor. WCHS was also highlighted by the Hechinger Report for its personalized supports and deep counselor relationships, which help students navigate AI resources and postsecondary planning. The school continues to provide a college preparatory program that emphasizes character building and community involvement.
