P.S. 58 Carroll School recently marked the successful performance of three debaters who managed to be in the top 15 participants at the recent elementary level tournament organized by NYC Urban Debate League in March. The announcement mentioned fourth and fifth graders who trained for the competition and participated in it by debating, listening and speaking publicly on behalf of the school.
