The academy’s Black History Month Showcase took place in early March 2026. The NSA Studio Museum held "Because of Them We Can," an exhibit of student works that featured inventions, animations and performances. The showcase was an opportunity for students to present creative and academic work that pertains to Black history and innovation. The program integrated cultural education and student voice into project-based exhibitions and live presentations.
