The Academy for Conservation and the Environment is expanding its hands-on environmental science programs in Marine Park, focusing on urban stewardship and citizen-science. Students participate in field-based projects that build their capacity as environmental stewards as they learn about local ecosystems and conservation practices. The school has a strong commitment to supporting students with IEPs and has a strong focus on science coursework. Students consistently perform at high levels of proficiency in science.
