During the 2025–2026 school year, second-grade students at Storefront Academy Charter School participated in a community literacy project connected to the Bronx Community Board 1 Book Exchange program. Students created motivational bookmarks with reading messages and designs to support local reading activities within the community. The project was organized as part of classroom participation and literacy-based learning activities during the academic year.
