Being Updated
P.S. 306 hosted a Jr. Knicks school takeover event in April 2026 featuring a basketball clinic for students. During the program, Knicks legend Walt Frazier visited the school to discuss his book, “Winning & Grinning,” and speak about literacy and academics with students in the Bronx. The event combined sports instruction with reading and educational discussions as part of the Jr. Knicks community outreach initiative.
