P.S. 246 Poe Center will host a District 10 Literacy Fair on May 17, 2025, featuring author Norah Lally and activities for students and families. The school also recently unveiled a student-created mural themed around transformation, developed by 4th and 5th graders over a 15-week after-school program. Additionally, the school community participated in a K-5 Parent Workshop and "Crazy Hair Day" as part of its recent seasonal events.
