Recently, P.S. 170 in the Bronx was chosen to be included in an initiative by the city that will allow for expanded after-school programs at various schools throughout New York, adding more educational and enriching experiences for the children enrolled in P.S. 170. Additionally, the school is making preparations for the academic year starting in 2025 for the next school year, making plans for the classroom in advance.
