The Elementary School For Math Science And Technology recently hosted a high-energy “Math Masters” program where students demonstrated significant gains in basic numeracy skills through interactive learning. The school recently got a grant for new lab equipment, enabling students to conduct more advanced experiments in urban ecology and physics. Additionally, parent involvement has reached record levels following a series of successful “STEM Breakfasts” focused on academic support at home.
