The Dr. Emmett W. Bassett School (PS 16) celebrated the selection of its newest “Teacher of the Year” honoree for his outstanding dedication to instructional excellence. The school community had success in hosting its annual “Bassett Jubilee,” a community festival that showcased student accomplishments in the fine arts and generated local pride.
