Q1. What safety measures does Charlotte Hill take when students arrive and leave?
Ans. The safety rules at Charlotte Hill make sure that families have clear drop-off and pick-up instructions and that the walking and riding routes are safe and well-kept. To keep driving slow, sidewalks clear, and routines consistent, staff members watch traffic, help students cross the street, and make sure that "School Safety Zone" rules are followed.
Q2. How does Charlotte Hill keep parents up to date on their child's progress and school news?
Ans. Charlotte Hill uses the school website and Infinite Campus to keep families up to date on important documents, calendars, and announcements. Parents should check these every day for events, tests, menus, and any other news that might affect their child's learning.
Q3. What does the PTO do at Charlotte Hill?
Ans. The PTO works with the staff at Charlotte Hill to plan after-school activities for students, such as events at school, mini-celebrations, and the popular birthday gram program. Parents can help by joining the PTO, volunteering for activities, or just taking part in fundraisers that raise money for the schools.

Ans. Charlotte Hill gives students who show effort, good citizenship, and growth recognition. Charlotte Hill tells parents about these accomplishments through school celebrations and class updates.
