Ans. Cox's goal is to make a safe, caring place where students are encouraged to learn, grow, and become useful members of their community.
Q2. How does Cox let people know what behavior is expected?
Ans. At the beginning of the year, staff and students go over the school's rules and expectations together. These shared expectations are reinforced through assemblies and routines in the classroom so that all students know what is expected of them.
Q3: How can families let Cox know that their child is absent or seeks help from the school?
Ans. Cox has an online form for absences, a phone line for attendance, and clear instructions on its website so that families can easily remain in touch with the school when they need to.
Q4. What chances are there for families to become involved at Cox?
Ans. Parents can become involved by joining the PTO, going to family nights, helping out at events, and participating in volunteer programs that help classrooms and school projects.
Q5: How does Cox help students grow socially and emotionally?
Ans. Cox has activities led by counselors, regular classroom discussions about kindness and self-control, and partnerships with community programs that help students stay healthy.
