Jordan Hatch, the quarterback, made his to ry in February 2026 by becoming the second player in state his to ry to win the New Mexico Mr. Football Award for two years in a row. He did this by leading his team to a Class 6A state championship. The district will get a new superintendent on March 1, 2026, which will be a big change for the school. This will be the start of a new chapter in the school's leadership. Students are also getting ready for a school-wide SAT Day on March 18, 2026. At the same time, the school's career technical education facilities are getting bigger.
