Families of Emerson Middle School students recently received district athletic medical screening information for students who plan to participate in fall sports. The update says families should use the updated sports physical packet, complete the health questionnaire and include student information (name, ID number, birth date and sport selected). The notice is helpful to middle school athletes as it gives families time to prepare for early August practices and helps students enter the next season with the needed health paperwork completed.
