The school enrols about 476 students for grades Pre-K through 5.The student-teacher ratio is approximately 12 : 1, giving educators the space to know kids’ names, strengths and stories.
In terms of academics, around 41 % of students achieve proficiency in math and about 50 % in reading. While there are other strong schools in the same district such as Lincroft Elementary School and Middletown Village Elementary School parents say Harmony stands out for its friendly feel and dependable culture.

In October 2025, Harmony Elementary hosted its “Global Cultures Week,” where each class explored different countries’ traditions, families contributed food and stories, and hallways were transformed into walk-through cultural displays.
