Campbell Elementary School celebrated a major accomplishment by its CLC Soccer team. The team won the 2025 Soccer Championship, competing against more than 24 other LPS schools. Students and staff recognized the victory as a proud moment for the school community.
Q1. How does Campbell help students learn about basic map symbols that show natural features?
Ans. Students learn how maps show outdoor features by matching pictures to symbols for trees, rivers, or hills.
Q2. How does the school help kids learn to recognize sequence clue words early on?
Ans. Teachers underline words like "before," "after," and "later" so that students can follow the order of events when they read and write.
Q3. What routines help students get ready for math stations where they have to do things?
Ans. Students get materials from labeled tubs, look over task cards, and move smoothly from one station to the next by following teacher signals.
Q4: How does Campbell help people understand what plants need?
Ans. Students watch how plants react to water and sunlight and talk about what happens when those needs aren't met.
Q5. How does the school help students make sure their work is correct?
Ans. Students learn how to fix their own work by using simple checklists and comparing their answers to models.
