The new school building at Forest Station Elementary in Bellevue opened for the 2022–2023 school year.
Q1. What after-school activities does Forest Station Elementary School offer?
Ans. The school has after-school clubs, music and art programs, and seasonal enrichment activities that change based on what students want and what staff is available.
Q2. Does Forest Station Elementary offer care before or after school?
Answer: Yes, the school works with programs that the district has approved to give families flexible options for before- and after-school care.
Q3. How does the school help kids who are new to Forest Station Elementary?
Ans. To help new students adjust, teachers and counselors give them orientation support, introduce them to their classmates, and give them advice.
Q4. What ways do you talk to parents and guardians?
Ans. To keep families up to date, Forest Station Elementary sends out newsletters, emails, and messages through the school portal. It also holds parent-teacher conferences.
Q5. Are there ways for parents and other community members to help out?
Ans. Yes, parents can help out in classrooms, at school events, or through the parent-teacher organization, as long as they follow the district's rules for volunteers.
