As part of the Minot Park District's "Branching Out" campaign, second-graders from the school made Christmas cards and door hangers for people who live in Edgewood Vista, a nearby community. Hess Corporation backs this project, which aims to make life better for people and families in the community.

The fact that the school is taking part in this project shows that it cares about being socially responsible and involved in the community.
