Being Updated
Bell Elementary School’s historic campus in southeast Minot is now at the center of an exciting community-driven opportunity that’s generating buzz across the region. In November 2025, the Minot Public School Board unanimously chose a local auction company with strong family ties to Bell to run the sale of the old school property. A lot of people in the community and potential buyers are likely to be interested in the auction process because they want to come up with new ideas for how to use the space that will help Minot. People in the area and local leaders see this as a chance to breathe new life into a beloved place and give it a new purpose. They want to honor the past while working toward a creative future for the neighborhood.
