Being Updated
Everyone is excited that families and staff are working together to make Discovery Elementary School a better place. The Discovery Elementary School PTO recently held a community meeting that a lot of people came to. Families and staff praised how involved everyone was. Students even made a wish list for a new playground, which showed that the community was involved and that students had a say. The school's improvement plan, which includes a renewed commitment to teaching reading and math, as well as programs that help parents, teachers, and the community, is still making the school a friendly place to learn.
