Independence Elementary School in Fargo, North Dakota, is happy for its new "Wellness and Mindfulness Program" is doing great. The program is meant to help students' mental and emotional health. The goal of this school-wide event was to improve both mental and physical health of students. Students did a lot of activities which helped them to build healthy habits. Some of these were fitness challenges, lessons on healthy eating, and mindfulness exercises. The event taught students how important it is to take care of themselves and made the school a better place to be.

Ans. The school is for kids from preschool to upper elementary school.
Q2. Are there any creative ways to learn?
Ans. Yes, students like to do art, music, and physical activities.
Q3. How do teachers keep in touch with parents?
Ans. By email, apps, and meetings that are planned ahead of time.
Q4. Are there any other activities available?
Ans. There may be clubs or programs that you can join.
Q5. How do you help new students?
Ans. Staff help them get started and make sure they are comfortable.
