Being Updated
Eagles Elementary School in Fargo, North Dakota, is having a great time this season with lots of positivity, leadership, and community pride. One of the most exciting things that has happened recently is the start of the school's new "Eco-Squad" program. This program is run by students and encourages young people to become environmental leaders. The Eco-Squad is already making a difference by encouraging people to live in ways that are good for the environment, cleaning up the schoolyard, and leading recycling efforts. Not only does the program teach students how to take care of the environment, but it also helps them learn how to work together, be responsible, and talk to each other.
