This semester, Dakota High School students are taking part in a unique creative project: they are submitting original art ideas for the Fargo Police Department's Squad Car Design Contest. The school is also getting help from the district's new AI resource page, which is meant to bring modern technology and advice into the classroom every day. In addition, seniors are being honored for being on the 2026 North Dakota Academic All-State Team, which honors students who excel in school and in their communities.
Q1. Does Dakota High School help students get ready for college entrance exams?
Ans. Students in school can get help and resources for both the SAT and ACT tests to make sure they are ready for college.
Q2. What kinds of activities are there outside of school?
Ans. Dakota High School has a lot of different clubs and sports teams that help students learn how to work together and be leaders.
Q3. Is the curriculum meant to help students get ready for their careers?
Ans. The school offers career-focused classes that let students look into different career paths before they graduate.
Q4. What does the school do to help students express themselves artistically?
Ans. School students can be creative and show off their work in public through lively performing and visual arts programs.
Q5. Are there programs for helping the community?
Ans. Dakota High School wants its students to get involved in local volunteer projects to help them feel like they have a duty to their community.
