Wake Early College of Health and Science is in the structural topping out phase of its campus construction project. Construction is progressing toward a planned opening for student classes in fall 2027, officials said. The milestone marked the end of a major phase in the building process as work progressed to interior development and final construction activities. School facility expansion projects are intended to enhance instructional capacity and meet future academic programming needs.

Ans. The Wake Early College of Health and Science offers students the opportunity to take college courses while still in high school, with an emphasis on health and science fields.

Ans. Students start college work while still in high school, and many of them graduate with a good deal of college credit.

Ans. Biology, chemistry, health sciences, mathematics, and related STEM disciplines are central to the program.
