Chelsea Heights Elementary School is a public PK-5 neighborhood school in Saint Paul, Minnesota, part of Saint Paul Public Schools. In 2025, Chelsea Heights Elementary updated its school supply list and introduced new reading mentorship programs with community volunteers to support literacy.
