Being Updated
The Parent-Teacher Association (PTA) at the school is working to get money for a new playground that all students, even those who have trouble moving around, will be able to use. The school wants to make its STEM-focused community more welcoming and accessible, and this project is a way to do that. The goal is to raise $180,000. The campaign has drawings of the space made by students and gives families and businesses in the area the chance to pay for it. This project shows that the school cares about more than just academics; it also cares about the health and physical well-being of its students by getting them involved in community service.
