Diamond Path Elementary School of International Studies in Apple Valley, Minnesota, is a public magnet school serving students in grades K–5. The school has an enrollment of approximately 670–700 students and a student–teacher ratio of about 14:1, which allows for more individualized attention. The school emphasizes a global or international studies curriculum, offering classes in Chinese, Spanish, music, art, and physical education. Enrichment and support services, including programs for special education and English language learners, are available during and outside the regular school day. Diamond Path also runs a Talent Development (gifted) program for academically advanced students. The student body is relatively diverse, with around 55% White, 12% Hispanic, 11% Black, and the remainder representing various races and ethnicities. Diamond Path Elementary School of International Studies in Apple Valley has launched its annual Fun Run fundraiser, aiming to raise $40,000 to upgrade its playground and classroom technology. The event gets all the students involved and gets families and local partners to help out.
