Northglade Montessori School

Northglade Montessori is a PK–5 magnet that emphasizes mixed-age, Montessori instruction in a literature-rich program. It is the best elementary school; it enrolls about 270 students with a 20:1 student–teacher ratio. Northglade has a 52% math proficiency and a 52% reading proficiency, which is better than many of its peers in the district. There are 52% girls and 48% boys in the school. 43% of the students at the school come from families with low incomes. There are 14 full-time teachers who are the same.
