In the larger Montgomery County district, median single-family home values are near $485,000, indicating a high-income suburban community. The 1969-established high performing elementary school is characterized by stable leadership, a dolphin mascot, an emphasis on balanced intellectual development, supportive classrooms, and close parent-teacher cooperation without excessive formality, showcasing academic excellence and strong school performance.
