The Academy at Kiley participates in the Springfield Empowerment Zone Partnership (SEZP), an innovative district initiative that provides additional support to schools to strengthen teaching quality and personalized education. Through this partnership, Kiley receives targeted professional development, extended learning opportunities, and greater school-level flexibility aimed at improving outcomes for students.

Ans. The main goals of the academy are to make learning more personal and get students involved.

Ans. Projects that are hands-on and done with other people help people learn.

Ans. There are systems in place to help and guide behavior.
Q4. Are there programs that aren't in school?
Ans: Students can join clubs and other activities that help them learn more.
Q5. How does Kiley Academy get families involved?
Ans. Families are encouraged to attend events and talk to school staff.
