"Q.1: What do I need to do to sign my child up for Lincoln-Thomson Elementary School?"
Ans: To sign up for school, you can use the Lynn Public Schools registration system, which is available online or in the district's Family Engagement Center.
Q.2 Who is the head of Lincoln-Thomson Elementary?
The principal for the school year 2025–2026 is Mary Kinahan, Ed.D.
Q.3 Are pupils able to take the bus?
Yes, in response. Lynn Public Schools runs buses for elementary school students.
(Note: The district's transportation policy sets the rules for bus stops and who can use them.)
Q.4 What kinds of tests do Lincoln-Thomson pupils take?
In Lynn Public Schools, students take state assessments like the Massachusetts Comprehensive Assessment System (MCAS).
Q.5 How often do kids get tested, and how do you share the results?
Ans: Students are tested in the classroom on a regular basis, in addition to state tests. Most of the time, schools send out test results through report cards, parent-teacher conferences, and other school contacts.
Q.6 When can parents talk to teachers or administrators?
Ans: There are usually two parent-teacher conferences a year. If you ask, the school office can set up more meetings. Also, school council meetings are organized to get parents and the community involved..
