Being Updated
In early November 2025, Meadow Lands Elementary held its annual Veterans Day Assembly, which was a ceremony to honor military service that included students, staff, and local veterans. The event shows how much the school cares about getting people involved in their communities. The school's recent academic standings might also be of interest. Meadow Lands Elementary is ranked #388 among Kentucky elementary schools based on how well students do on state-required tests, how many of them graduate, and how well they are prepared for high school. In math, 47% of the students at the school scored at or above the proficient level. In reading, 37% of the students did the same. In Daviess County Public Schools, 41% of students were good at math and 42% were good at reading. Meadow Lands did better in math but worse in reading than the district average. In Kentucky as a whole, 37% of students were good at math and 42% were good at reading. This means that the school did better than the state average in math but worse than the state average in reading. When you look at everything together, it looks like Meadow Lands Elementary is good at math and needs to work on reading.
