The latest news of Georgetown, Kentucky's Eastern Elementary School is , it took part in a community effort to help students get ready for the next school year. The Mission of Hope KY and WKYT "Back2School Supply Drive" gave students in central and eastern Kentucky backpacks, notebooks, and other school supplies. Eastern Elementary was happy to be a part of it. There goal was very simple to make sure that every child was confident and ready to learn when the school year started and they did very well.
The people in charge stressed how important it is for students to have the basic tools they need to feel safe in the classroom. Eastern Elementary school has more involvement to showed how there team works with local groups and how much it cares about families in need. The event did more than just give out school supplies and it also boosted school spirit and community pride. The partnership showed that working together and getting help from people in the area can make a big difference in helping kids do well from the start.

Ans. Eastern Elementary has a lot of extracurricular activities for students to choose from, such as an art club, music programs, academic teams, and activities that let students take charge.

Ans. Yes, the school has special education teachers and individualized learning plans to help students with different learning needs.

Ans. The school day usually lasts from 7:40 a.m. to 2:30 p.m., and students who qualify can take the bus to and from school.
