Corinth Elementary in Prairie Village is one of Kansas' top-grade Elementary Schools, rated as the 2nd best Elementary School in Kansas (and 1st in the Shawnee Mission district). The school has a population of around 560 students who are Pre-K–6, and has a 17:1 student–teacher ratio. Its academic performance is impressive, with 82% of students being proficient at reading and 70% being proficient at math; both proficiency rates are well-above state averages.
