Latest news of the Cedar Canyon Elementary got a new school-wide friend: "Birdie Blue," an Australian Labradoodle who was chosen to be the school's first therapy dog. Birdie will go to classrooms and common areas once a week to help students who are having trouble socially or emotionally and to help with reading aloud. School leaders said that students were excited to meet Birdie and that she has already started to make the learning environment calmer and more connected. Cedar Canyon staffs has promised to all student for the well-being of its students in addition to their academic growth. They cordinated with all students for this improvents.
